'love icha nindou' to translate this title we need to break it down. Obviously 'Love' does not need to be translated, 'Icha' translates into toy and 'Nindou' can not be translated (there is a game with the title but other than that I aint got a clue). However if 'Nindou' becomes 'Nindo' which means 'Ninja's way' or there own personal belief system. If you then make it 'Icha Nindo'  it then translates into 'A messenger' making the title 'Love a messenger' but that is the closest guess I can make.
