Kushina-san sukebesuicchio de onegai dattebayo!!

'Kushina-san sukebesuicchio de onegai dattebayo!!' is a strange title to translate, if you translate the whole thing you get 'Mr. Kusinawan squirrel I'd like to ask you! It is!' and yet we or at least I know that 'Kushina-san' refers to the female character that is Naruto's mum.
Then we have 'Dattebayo!!' which is technically a verbal tic that Kushina says every time she is excited or stressed much like the way Naruto says 'believe it'.
As for the rest 'Sukebeuicchio de onegai' if you translate this you get 'Thank you very much'.
So in conclusion I believe a reasonable translation should actually be 'Kushina-san Thank you very much, Dattebayo!!'
