Tsunade's lost bet

Tsunade, before returning to Konoha to accept the position as Hokage traveled the Elemental Nations, gambling. Due to her bad luck she was a terrible gambler and lost time and time again, so how did she last as long as she did with a constant losing streak?

The translation i found for 'tsuna kousoku' translates into 'connect' though i'm unsure if that is correct
I don't speak or read anything other than english so as for what is said in this series, i haven't the foggiest but i'd have to say it's along the lines of Tsunade is held captive by the Raikage and he has his way with her.
